Returns:

You have 7 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Accessories, sale items, and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or style? You can request an exchange within the same 7-day window (based on availability).

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

How to Start a Return:

Email us at retailwithus25@gmail.com with your order number + reason for return.
We’ll send you return instructions and the next steps.
Ship it back, and once we get it, we’ll handle the rest.

💎 Boujee Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Every order is handmade and prepped with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info so you can follow your package every step of the hustle.
