We want you to love every piece you cop from Bad & Boujee Hustle. If your order isn’t giving what it’s supposed to give, no worries — we’ve got you covered.
Returns:
- You have 7 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Accessories, sale items, and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
- Need a different size or style? You can request an exchange within the same 7-day window (based on availability).
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at retailwithus25@gmail.com with your order number + reason for return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and the next steps.
- Ship it back, and once we get it, we’ll handle the rest.
